TODAY S NOV 25th I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS GUY FROM LAW DEPARTMENT, SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING! HOW CAN HE KNOW MY NAME,MY PHONE NUMBER.............I AM GETTING WORRIED!!!

Number Robo-called to report "your credit card is blocked" and to press "1" which we did not do. Calls back to number respond "voice over IP customer is offline". Certainly a scam.

threatening to press criminal charges against for a pay day loan that i did not take out. had all of my personal information. demanded payment by 2pm today or i would be arrested at my house or work on monday.

called 8 times beginning at 5 o'clock am,

Apparently, I owe money and is from a legal office and if I don't settle this financila mess, Law enforcements will be sent to me and work and I will loose everything, my children, my assetts, and family, etc.... It is a good thing I don't have much - I know that this is a scam because I would have gotten something in writing and I haven't and they wil not sent out law enforcement for unpaid debt. So, don't worry - let your law enforcement know that you are getting calls like these and to file complaints against this company. But, I heard this company describes themselves from everything.

When answering machine picks up they just do nothing/say nothing for 60 seconds then hang up.

texts keep showing up on my phone! who is this?!

Calls saying this message is for Roxanne, how she got that from Kristina I don't know, but anyways. She calls saying my number is linked to my daughters dad who commited a fraud and something else that i can't make out. Says that I need to have him call them or he will be arrested in 2-3 days, and once said that charges would be filed against me too. She's called me three times since last week. Never says her name, or the company.
